Hillary Susz isn’t a household name, yet. Sure to be talked about for years to come, Susz possesses a major vocal talent offset by a tantalzing quirkiness. Bringing soul into a world full of pop-radio garbage isn’t the easiest road, but it’s one she set out on by buying her first album, Radiohead’s “Pable Honey.”She steals rock’s crown from Elvis and hands it back to Nina Simone and writes “voluminously.”Pulling influences from everything and everywhere, Susz wrote her first song back in the fifth grade and got her first guitar in the seventh. “Talent’s are best brought to surface,” Susz said. It’s a good thing that we have the privledge here at Shepherd Boy to bring you this talented songwriter, being produced by Tommy Couling.
